Mangapapa B2 Inc maintains a share register that keeps track of all the shareholders who descend from the 82 shareholders in the block at the time that the Incorporation was created in 1983.
The share register contains important details about the shareholders including their names, contact information, and the number of shares they hold. Our share register system ensures we are compliant with article 30 of the Maori Incorporations Regulations Act 1994.
